    In the interest of accuracy, the Black Google search is only a savings if you have CRT’s. If you spend a lot of time in front of computers, invest in LCD’s anyway! You’ll save electricity (it’s not much, but a little) AND your eyes.

    If you have LCD’s, turn down the brightness and you’ll use less watts (and save your LCD’s tubes if they are not LED).

    And always turn ‘em off when you’re not using them.
